4 Focus ( powder for oral suspension ) food supplement is a combination of anhydrous caffeine and L-theanine (active ingredient from green tea). When used in combination, L-theanine and caffeine create synergistic benefits that amplify and improve the effects that each compound produces on its own. Many of the drawbacks of caffeine are canceled by the presence of L-theanine as inhibitory nootropic, such as hyperactivity, loss of attention, tensed muscles, and inability to rest.

Direction for use: Take a vial up to 1-2 times a day. Allow 3 to 4 hours between servings. Do not exceed the recommended dose for daily consumption!

1. Screw the cap to release the powder.
2. Shake the bottle vigorously for a minimum of 10 seconds.
3. Twist the cap off.
4. Drink the reconstitued oral solution immediately as is or by pouring into a  little water, as desired.
